Option 1: If you roof is in good enough condition we can repair, rechip and paint your roof. This comes with a 10 or 15 year manufacturer’s warranty.

Decramastic Roof overlays are a winner as many of the original Decramastic roofs are past their use by date and worse many leak.
To overlay with a new much stronger tile developed by Ross Roofing and now managed by Gerard Roofing is hassle free as these new stronger tiles go directly over the top of the existing tiles eliminating the need to keep the weather out waiting for the new roof to go on. Most of these old roofs have an asbestos content and so have to go to a designated asbestos tip, which can be as much as $7000 for a small house and $10,000 or more for a larger house.
